This quirky banner is a nice addition to your Halloween decorating kit. All the letters are hand cut from felt and stuffed with hollow fibre filling. The coloured balls are needle-felted by hand and strung on Macrame cord. It is packaged in a small organza bag for safe storage, until the next spooky Halloween outing.
