You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery for Ready to Wear garments; exchanges depend on availability. Please contact Aura Afriq with your order reference before returning an item. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage. You may try on the garment as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. Your legal cancellation right remains: notify us within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within a further 14 days. If you cancel the whole order, we refund the garment price and standard outbound delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method, without a fee, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. Faulty or misdescribed goods: your statutory rights remain unaffected, including the short-term right to reject within 30 days. We cover necessary return costs. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
