Safety information
Preserved moss is non-toxic and non-allergenic. Safe for homes with pets and children. Moss art is decorative and not to be ingested. There may be slight shedding of materials on receipt of product. Do not pull or press hard on the delicate materials. Not suitable for outdoors or moist locations such as bathrooms. Do not spray or water. Do not place in direct sunlight. Some plant materials used are dyed with non-toxic green dye. Do not place in a location close to fabric where it may rub off. Clean with care: gently dust with a soft brush to prevent dust build up. Do not use water or chemicals. It will ruin the preserving glycerin solution and fade the colour of the material

Give your indoor space a vibrant, organic and earthy feel with a framed forest vignette of beautiful natural textures and vivid greens.
A framed forest vignette (pronounced vin-yet), is my interpretation of a luscious piece of forest, handmade using natural mosses, ferns and bark (the moss and fern have been preserved with a non-toxic, eco-friendly and natural glycerin solution).
The forest vignette is designed to appear as though the forest is growing, so I have intentionally not kept within the boundaries of the frame. Each piece is unique.
It has been proven that even simply viewing a picture of a nature scene helps to restore wellbeing by lowering stress hormones, easing mental fatigue and improving mood.
No maintenance is required (no watering, pruning or sunlight) and it's ready to be displayed either by using the fold-out easel strut for standing on a flat surface or by hanging on the wall using the built-in hooks (landscape and portrait).
The Forest Vignette can be placed in any location including windowless rooms and dark hallways to give a natural and vibrant design impact. In fact in these types of locations, this is where a forest vignette will shine, bringing a natural boost to darker surroundings.
