THIS IS A TEST PIECE SO I AM SELLING AT A REDUCED RATE.
IT IS PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL, I JUST WANTED TO TEST THE GLAZE COLOUR WITH THE BEE TRANSFER
Ceramic spoon rest made using creamy stoneware clay with a black bee transfer applied to the middle then a translucent amber glaze applied on top and the sides.
Each piece is individually wheel thrown in my studio using durable stoneware clay. After careful finishing and glazing, the spoon rest is kiln fired for strength and everyday practicality. The result is a functional yet characterful kitchen helper that keeps your worktops clean while looking lovely by the hob.
Measurements: 11.0cm diameter, 1.0cm high
Because every piece is made by hand, you may notice slight variations in shape and glaze - part of what makes each one unique.
