About this item
Lindisfarne Shells This is an original mixed media image in watercolour, gouache and pencil on a collage of brown paper to represent sand and tissue to suggest water. The shells were collected on the island of Lindisfarne (Holy Island) and the painting is finished with a sprinkling of the actual local sand. It is mounted in a mottled cream mount, backed with greyboard and will come in a clear presentation bag ready to give as a gift or put straight into an 8" x 10" frame of your choice.
