You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for 18 months from purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Gift vouchers for my whole shop, including signed books and custom orders. Treat a loved one or treat yourself ready for when my signed books drop!
How to buy:
Vouchers are available for £10, £25 or £50 and are available for all items in my shop including custom orders. If the voucher is for you, put your name and email in the box provided. If the voucher is for a friend, put their name AND their email address so I can send their voucher straight to them. Feel free to add a message as well! You or your friend will receive a digital voucher from me via email after purchase (usually within 24 hours on a weekday; please allow for up to 48 hours over weekends and public holidays). Add francescaswords (at) outlook (dot) com to your safe sender's list and check your spam. The voucher will include the provided recipient's name, unique voucher code and expiration date.
How to redeem:
Email me at francescaswords (at) outlook (dot) com from the email address listed on the voucher. Include in your email the name on the voucher and the unique voucher code plus the item(s) you've chosen. I will mail your items within 7 business days unless my shop is on holiday in which case I will mail them once I'm back. If there is money left on the voucher, I will email you a new voucher for you to use in future (the expiration date will remain the same). All items are sent 2nd class as standard and I don't charge for postage. I automatically track all orders over £25. If you would like a postage upgrade then this will come out of the value of your voucher.
