You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
