This crow idol is made primarily from black porcelain with an addition of a white porcelain crescent moon sprig. Astrum's moon sprig has been sculpted independently and carved into a laughing face, while the surrounding stars have been painted with white porcelain slip. The white porcelain elements have been enhanced with enamel. Astrum's feathers transform into a complicated abstract of hand carved diamond-like scales. Astrum is a lunar idol. On his right side is a black eye highlighted in white slip that sees into the darkest night. What does Astrum see from the dark side of the moon? DIMENSIONS: 8cm high, 7cm wide and 13 cm long. MATERIALS: black porcelain, white porcelain, white enamel.

What buyers say about Flea Moon
The photos don't do these little ones justice!! I AM OBSESSED!! They are so well made, detailed and adorable I highly recommend anyone to purchase an imp or two!! SO well packaged to prevent breakages! I was amazed at how well packaged they were. I will be buying more of these precious little imps in the future, as well as asking for them for birthdays and Christmas. I love collecting unusual pieces of art, and they fit right in with my collection! and I cannot wait to collect more!!
