Description

Handmade in the UK, this unique greeting card offers a refreshing blend of traditional embroidery and modern humour. It features an original, hand-stitched cross-stitch design of a zesty lemon accompanied by the relatable quote: "Kindness is free, sarcasm is also free." This is not a digital print. Each card is a genuine piece of textile art, created using premium cotton embroidery floss on Aida fabric. The tactile nature of the stitches adds a high-quality, premium feel that sets it apart from mass-produced stationery. Technical Details: Dimensions: Approximately 10.5cm x 14.5cm (A6 size). Interior: Blank for your own personal message. Materials: High-quality white cardstock, Aida fabric, and cotton embroidery thread. Envelope: A matching white envelope is included. The Perfect Gift: This card is an ideal choice for a friend, family member, or colleague who appreciates a sharp sense of humour. Given the intricate nature of the hand-stitching, it is also suitable for framing, allowing the recipient to keep it as a piece of miniature wall decor for their kitchen or office. Please note: This is a finished, ready-to-use physical card. It is NOT a digital pattern, embroidery chart, or DIY kit. Every card is stitched with care and precision, ensuring a unique and thoughtful gift for any occasion.

I have always loved the slow, meditative craft of cross-stitching, but I wanted to give it a modern, cheeky twist. This card was inspired by those wonderful friendships where kindness is a given, but a bit of sharp sarcasm is the secret ingredient! I chose the lemon because it perfectly captures that vibe—bright, fresh, and just a little bit tart. I hope this handmade piece brings a bit of 'zesty' joy to your favourite person’s desk
