You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — do not soak or use abrasive cleaners. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in a jewellery box or pouch to avoid scratches. Slight unevenness or asymmetry is normal due to the handmade nature.
