You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All items will be sent via second class mail to the UK and Europe and via Airmail to the rest of the world. The price includes postage and packing of the items. Please contact me if you wish to discuss alternative delivery options. Please note, to reduce paper, I do not print a receipt with the order; if you would like a receipt, please ask and I will email this to you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
