About this item
Well, this seems like a fun piece. Some people have suggested that the ball represents the moon or the sun or a ball of string. I tend to agree with all of those ideas. The Museum of Made Up Archaeology acquired this piece from a car boot sale. It's been dated by throwing a dart at a list of years. This allowed us to arrive at a date of c1150BCE and we decided it was made on a medium sized Greek island (feel free to take your pick). This is an original artwork, it is not a print. It is drawn on A4 300gm acid free paper using Staedtler pigment liner pens and artist quality acrylic paints. The black border is 215mm x 130mm and the vase is 200mm x 100mm. It is supplied unframed.

What buyers say about Tiny Penguin
I'm delighted with this fun drawing! I've been a fan of Steve's work for years and I'm really enjoying this current round of his pen drawings. I love the theme of interpreting what one dog and his human get up to and as a rescuer of cats, this drawing had particular appeal for me. The details are wonderful and it makes me chuckle whenever I see it! My drawing arrived carefully packaged and ready to frame. I highly recommend Steve both as an artist and Folksy seller, and encourage everyone to follow and purchase a piece of his unique, wonderful art.
