I've been looking for ways to use up small scraps of material, as I never like throwing anything away that might be useful. These pieces were perfect to make some striking mini bunting - ideal to decorate a bookshelf, dresser or little alcove. These great fabrics coordinate beautifully in bright primary colours. There are spots, stars, elephants and flowers. This bunting would look gorgeous wherever you choose to display it. Flags are 9cm wide and 10cm long and are double sided. The 16 flags are neatly sewn to white cotton tape and the length from the first to last flag is 210cm. There is an additional 30cm length of tape at each end which can be tied or pinned to your chosen structure. Bunting is the perfect environmentally friendly way to decorate your home for a party, season or just because. Most flags are made from 100% cotton with no plastic content. After use it can be washed, ironed and put away for another year. This bunting can be used inside or out. If outside, be warned, it will get wet in the rain and will fade in the sun, meaning that after a while it will not look its best. Order are sent second class unless you choose otherwise.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

To avoid throwing away fabric, I’m testing out ideas that use up small pieces.
