Useful Information
All my candles are made by me in my kitchen! I clear each jar by hand to check for blemishes, stick the wicks to the glass, melt the wax & add the fragrance oils. All candles are stored in my spare room so delivery should be fairly speedy!
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Flammable liquid – do not light reeds. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are sensitive to fragrances, use with care. Use gloves when handling used reeds. Avoid placing the diffuser directly on polished, painted, plastic, leather, or electronic surfaces.
