Full description
A stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
I've called it Autumn Leaves and I hope you can see why.
I've drawn a picture using different colours and textures of glass of reddish shades of autumn leaves against a textured green background. Then I've bordered it with a prettily textured golden glass and picked out the corners with some sparkling red dichroic textured glass.
The colouring is quite dramatic and the overall effect rather gorgeous, I think so anyway..
I've added strengthening border of twisted wire.
This looks lovely when it hangs in the light of a window but can equally be used as a picture against a plain wall..
It is 15m x 12cm and hangs from a strong silvery chain which is securely attached to the top.
All my pieces are unique. I use different shades, textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
I post this Royal Mail Tracked 24 but make no additional postage charges for any other items in an order.
