Seasonal Festive Greetings to you.
Due to my full time day job, which I am working for over the Christmas period, I will not be available to get any orders posted out before Christmas. Therefore the shop will now be closed until the new year, to avoid items not reaching their destination in time, and causing customer inconvenience and disappointment. (I am sure had you wanted to place an christmas order with me you would have done so by now. )
Jewellery parties will be bookable again in the new year.

I went through a stage of just wanting to make tiaras. It was like a bug. Once I had made one, I was hooked and I had to make more. I created them because I felt compelled to. Like all my jewellery they were made with love and from the heart. But then I didn't know what to do with them! So I have just stored them in their boxes ever since. Occasionally they have had an outing to an event, some have sold, what remain didn't.
Now it is time for them to be released to find their new homes, be it for a prom, a confirmation, wedding, pagen celebration or even just because you like it and fancy wearing a tiara as you do your chores!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
