About this item
Flora the Squirrel has been hand felted from wool! Measuring approx 26cm tall, including her cherry wood base. This piece has been crafted around a wire armature, which allows her paws and tail to be gently posed. Her beautiful red fur has been hand blended from a selection of soft wools. Before being painstakingly layered in, tuft by tuft, with a barbed felting needle. She also features glass eyes, real horse hair whiskers, and a small polymer clay blackberry. She is fixed to her cherry wood base and cannot be removed from it. Please Remember! Felted sculptures are not toys, and must be kept out of reach of children and pets due to small parts and risk of damage. To keep in tip top condition, keep your sculpture away from direct sources of heat and moisture. Handle with care, as you would with any piece of art. Thank you!
