big fat bumblebee - original aceo illustration

i like big butts and i cannot lie! especially when they belong to big fat bumblebees, i adore these little creatures and love watching them in my garden as they bumble around in the flowers. 1 of 10 (see group pictures.) this is an original artwork, hand drawn with a tiny 0.05 nibbed pen, then coloured with ink, artists pens and watercolour paints, on khadi paper. khadi paper is handmade in india from recycled cotton rag, it has a lovely textured surface and deckled edges. i have then mounted the illustration onto a 300gsm aceo, hand painted with a paynes grey to create a dark surrounding edge/background. measures 2.5 x 3.5 inches overall. mount not included, but they are available to buy in a separate listing in my shop here: https://folksy.com/items/6973188-aceo-mount-white https://folksy.com/items/7982639-aceo-mount-6-inch-x-4-inch copyright remains with the artist. i aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, using royal mail 1st class. items will be shipped in card-backed "do not bend" envelopes. thank you for looking! please visit my shop to see my other designs. © little black heart
