A sweet, handmade, crochet pocket hug. The perfect way to show someone you care.
These adorable little hearts are the perfect size to slip into a greetings card or gift bag.
Each heart is approximately 4x4cm and is fastened by a bow (making it easy to remove) to white card. The sentiment reads:
Here's a heart, from me to you.
Think of it as a hug,
So when we have to be apart,
you still can feel my love
