I've been making a lot of nature inspired jewellery recently, I came across some Honesty flowers recently, a lovely deep purple, and it reminded that I had had the idea to make an Honesty seed pod so here it is.

Full description
A small oval pendant made from recycled sterling silver. The pendant is designed to resemble the silvery seed pods of Honesty, It has a loop of silver wire fused to the reverse and 4 tiny pieces of very fine wire fused to the front.
The effect of heating the silver so often is to give it a slight granulation and the loop of wire has cause the oval to dish very slightly.
I had this in mind for a while and I'm very pleased with the result.
The pendant measures 2.4cm top to bottom and 2cm wide, it hangs from a fine sterling silver trace chain 18"/45cm long.
