The reason for making this particular Octopus is because I instantly fell in love with the pattern by the talented Yelena.times (Instagram) as soon as I saw it!
I think I was drawn to it's realism as well as it's beauty and although it seemed originally intended to be made from yarn, I just knew it would look stunning made from wire and prove to be quite the talking point.
I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it.
