An Original Iillustrated Watercolour print of a Rabbit on the Sussex Downs southdowns. Presented and signed in a mounted Grey wooden frame with a grain finish 10" x 8" (print: 8" x 6") 22mm wide and 22mm deep. Based on the original story from the illustrated book 'I am Michael Glare and this is my Life' (Chapter 24: Blackberry Pie), with over 400 watercolour illustrations like this. Every picture tells a story. Also presented unframed, fully mounted ready for your own frame. (10" x 8" Mount-Print 8" x 6") In December 2019 a boy called Michael lost his fight for life. Let me introduce you to our son Michael, a beautiful boy with a heart of gold and a smile for everyone. He spent the last four years of his life in hospital fighting various infections and desperately needed a bone marrow donor. Unfortunately we couldn't find one for him and he ran out of time. He was only 21 when he died but he loved life with all his heart and never gave up the fight. These watercolour paintings have been painted in memory of my son Michael and have been hand signed in pencil with the title by me (Michael's Dad). All profits from the sale of this print will be given to the Cavell Nursing Trust that supports UK nurses facing hardship in recognition of the help given to Michael who never gave up in his long hard four years in hospital.
