Full description
Eye catching 24" overhead style necklace of genuine light purple Amethyst smooth nuggets and Lavender Amethyst faceted rectangles (8x14mm). The gemstone are all from Brazil and have been strung by hand onto strong beading thread. There are no metal components or clasp to this necklace so making it suitable as hypo allergenic. It hangs beautifully and will look amazing for many occasions, worn casually or dressed up.
Amethyst is a semi precious stone and is the traditional birthstone for February. Amethyst is believed to be a calming stone allowing you to quiet your mind, which can aid in sleep and meditation.
Amethyst can be safely cleaned with warm soapy water. Ultrasonic cleaners are usually safe except in the rare instances where a stone is dyed or treated by fracture filling (these stones are natural non enhanced). Steam cleaning is not recommended, and amethyst should not be subjected to excessive heat.
