I love all types of paper, and come across so many obsolete or damaged books where the paper is intact, so I wanted to give this paper a new life!

Full description
A set of 5 upcycled book paper Christmas decorations, created using unwanted books. Each book globe or pompom can be hung separately, and will twirl and spin, making them truly eye catching. They give a unique literary touch to Christmas. I use a range of books, so the paper colours may vary slightly from the ones shown in the images, but they are all soft gentle natural tones, ranging from cream to a slightly more intense gold of aged paper.
Each decoration is 4 inches in diameter, or 10 cm. Each has 20 leaves, and at the top there is a length of cotton that can be used to hang them.
They are stitched together using white thread, so you can hang them on your tree, across a doorway or in a window.
The decorations will arrive flat packed, and you will need to fold out their leaves to create the round shape. I include instructions in each set.
Each set is packed in its own handmade book page envelope!
This particular set in the images is made from a copy of Sherlock Holmes stories, but I also a range of different novels. You can use them to decorate events in bookshops, schools and libraries too.
