If you can’t find what you’re looking for then please contact me as I love my items to cheer your day and make you smile. UK Postage is by 2nd class signed for and is the same price however large or small your order. I aim to dispatch orders within a week, but at busy times or if an item is ‘made to order’ turnaround may take a little longer. Please message if you are in a hurry for your order. This item will be posted to you by Dapple and Dandelion within 7 days of receiving payment.
Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
