Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
This is an original design and features a pretty six-petal pink daisy with a green dichroic glass nugget for a centre and with green strappy leaves. I made the nugget in my kiln and it has a lovely sparkle.
The flower is enclosed in a heart shape with the surrounding glass in clear prettily textured glass.
It would make a lovely present as it is quite unique. Hanging in the window the Daisy heart catches the light and it would make a very pretty ornament for any room at any time of year.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart. It is 11 cm high.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
I also have other flower hearts - pansy, tulip and rose. If you prefer one of these flowers instead then please just ask.
