A tiny handmade glass sheep stitch marker. This one is white with black face and legs, much like the Suffolk breed of sheep which is always a favourite as I grew up and still live in Suffolk.
This sheep was individually formed and shaped by melting coloured glass rods in a flame. Due of the nature of working with glass, no two beads will ever be exactly the same so each sheep is unique! If you order this sheep, you will receive the exact one shown in the first few photos. The final photo shows some other examples of sheep I have made. Please check out my other listings to see what else I have available or send me a message if you have have something specific in mind.
Made with repositionable findings, this will fit a range of knitting needle sizes and is shown here with on a 3.25mm rod for size reference. It is approximately 3.5cm from top to bottom.
All my stitch markers will arrive on a presentation backing card, perfect for gifting! An organza gift bag can be added as an extra if you would like.
All my beads are fully annealed in a digitally controlled kiln straight from the flame for strength and durability. They are fully cleaned and inspected before being offered for sale. I do take great care to try and ensure the photos represent the actual colours but as all devices and monitors are slightly different please note that some small differences can occur.
