Please note the cord used is green and slightly darker than my camera shows in the picture, which has picked up on its fluorescent nature. The split ring is decorated with two metal charms, a moon and a cute little owl. Warning Choking Hazard. Small parts may not be suitable for children under 3 years. Lovely hat, great fit and warm. It was just what I wanted. Had a pink reflecting hat but lost it, this was the only place I could find a replacement but this is better. I wear the pink and grey side in the day and full on pink if I am walking in the dark.
