About this item
The outer and lining of the pouch have both been interfaced with woven cotton and the outer also has a layer of fleece added for a little padding. The pouch is mainly machine stitched and top stitched, but the 'tray' shape is made by hand stitching the edges together. The finishing touch is the addition of a couple of metal press studs to keep everything secure inside. If you like the style of the pouch but would like it made with different fabrics, just drop me a line and I'll custom make one for you, if I have your chosen fabrics available at the time. Please keep in mind that the best type of print for this purse is a small scale, non-directional one.

Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop! My shop is closed temporarily and will reopen in the first week of November. I'm still reading and responding to messages as usual. ******************************************************************************************************************** I've been making for others since 2013 and if you'd like to see what my customers have said about my work since then (before I opened up here on Folksy), you can read more than 1,000 reviews on my web site: http://www.thecrimsonrabbit.co.uk/ (click 'Reviews' on the bar at the top of the page). In addition to the UK, I'm happy to ship most items to the US, Canada, Japan and Australia - just message me for a shipping quotation if a shipping price isn't shown against an item you're interested in. Many of the pieces I make are made to order and the shipping time is a 'worse case scenario' estimate - I will often make and send items quicker than indicated, although things do sometimes slow down at busy times. If you want something urgently, just message me and I'll confirm if I can meet your deadline. I send most of my items via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, unless otherwise indicated on the item's listing. I'm more active on Instagram than anywhere else: https://www.instagram.com/the_crimson_rabbit/ but you can always find me online elsewhere: my blog is here: www.thecrimsonrabbit.co.uk, my facebook page here: www.facebook.com/thecrimsonrabbitpage and my Pinterest addiction is evidenced here: http://www.pinterest.com/crimsonrabbit/ You can subscribe to my newsletter to hear about new designs, offers and giveaways! https://mailchi.mp/069210225db4/thecrimsonrabbit

When my smaller coin purse is still a bit too large, this one should be perfect! The original design for this little folding pouch is by Rashida Coleman-Hale, but I've given it a few tweaks of my own too. As well as using it as a little purse (cards fit in there easily) or a notions pouch, it would also be great for carrying business cards, ear buds / pods, mini essentials like lip balms or tampons The pouches are made with woven cotton ginghams in dark blue and red, which I've cut on the bias. One has red on the outside and is lined with blue and the other hasblue on the outside and is lined with red. Gingham always reminds me of summer and picnics - and the Great British Bake Off!
