You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

I first made these Christmas Poos to send to friends of my Poo cushion collection on Instagram, @clancolon. They have more followers than I do. I think they lead more exciting lives to be honest.
