About this item
These little ladies are hand knitted and embellished with embroidery. They are filled with sweet smelling lavender which is contained in a little bag inserted via the drawstring base of the ladies. This enables the lavender bag to be kneaded occasionally to promote the fragrance or replaced in years to come if necessary. With a crocheted loop on their hats, the ladies can be hung in wardrobes or from curtain drawbacks, from door handles or even in the car to fill the air around with the fresh smell of lavender. Approx: 5" (12cm)

Very often we want to given someone a little thank you gift and, although its nice to do that very often the items are just adding clutter to our homes. I started knitting these little ladies a few years ago and gave them to my friends and relatives who were very pleased to receive them especially as they brought their own fragrance with them. I have to admit if I saw these in a shop I would definitely buy them - maybe I am biazed!!
