I have used a pretty floral fabric on cream background for this book, decorated with a red polka dot heart, pearls and the word ‘Needles’ on a piece of linen, the inside is lined with the same red polka dot material, measuring 4.5 x 2.75 inches with four pages to keep needles and pins tidy and closed with ribbon tied into a pretty bow, includes a selection of needles.
