Decorated Candle Vintage Father Christmas Santa Tree Gifts Names Decoupage

This tall, unscented cream candle is decorated with a lovely image of a smiling Santa, carrying a Christmas tree and gifts to be delivered to the lucky children on his ‘Nice’ list in his hand (you can make out 16 names on this list, see below). The reverse side of the candle has been left blank (so that, if you wish, you may turn the Santa to the wall after Christmas if you have not managed to burn all of the candle). Santa’s colours are bright and festive, with Santa’s dark red/maroon coat and the green tree, and the napkin decoupage gives the image a depth and a lovely, textured feel to the touch. I have packaged the candle and added a raffia tie so that it might be given as a gift. The candle is 70mm x 210mm (8” tall x 2.75”). This candle can make a really attractive decoration in its own right, but as the image has been fixed with a liquid wax glue it can be lit. BUT please do follow all normal candle safety rules when doing so, including placing the candle on a fireproof dish/holder, out of the reach of children or anything flammable, and never leaving a candle unattended. The names that you can see on Santa’s list are: Gina, John, Bonnie, Pat, Grant, Mike, David, Emma, Sally, Jane, Ryan, Nick, Betty, Paul, Leslie & Jack.
