You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Shipping All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment, due to the pandemic. All packages will be sent via Royal Mail. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks to the States, this doesn't happen often, but it can happen, so please bear this in mind when purchasing for a specific event. All orders are sent via signed mail with Royal Mail 1st class, unless noted otherwise. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Folksy, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the Folksy address is different, and no special instruction has been provided, Samines will send the order to the address provided through Folksy. Refunds and Exchanges Samines will accept refunds up to 14 days from receipt. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the Samines if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. If the product develops a faut within six months of receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, they may be entitled to a partial refund a repair or replacement depending if the piece is in stock if not then offered an alternative.
