Full description
This necklace has been entirely handmade from sterling silver.
I have used silver wire to hand form each link, which has then been soldered, shaped and hammer textured. The clasp has been handmade as a statement element, and links to a large rectangular loop which can either be worn at the front or at the back of the neck. The necklace also features a small rectangular tag which has been hallmarked.
I have oxidised the necklace to darken the silver, brushed away some of the patina, and then polished to show off the textures.
The chain measures 36 inches in total. It can be worn as one long piece, or and wrapped around twice like in the photographs.
Will be carefully packaged in a gift box.
