I love elephants! You just have to look around my house and you will see lots of wooden elephant ornaments that I have collected over the years. I have taken inspiration from the painted elephants you see in India and coupled this with the amazing colours from a spice market, with the red hot chillies, the turmeric and saffron and the beautiful dried marigold flowers, to create this lovely elephant embroidery design. Did you know that you should always have any elephant ornaments turned so that the head of the elephant is facing the door? Apparently it is so that the elephant can find its way out if there is a fire! How ridiculous is that, but I still do it!

I love the fact that everything is included, apart from the scissors which is ok. Fingers crossed my version is as good as the photos
