Full description

I have designed this handy round zipped purse which can be made from either upholstery weight cotton fabric or normal cotton. It is fully lined, with interfacing to give structure. The finished purse measures 4.5" in diameter and 2.5" deep. It can be used as a make up purse, or small holdall.

You will need to make a paper template for the circle, and will also need a fat eighth of main fabric, lining fabric, bias tape and interfacing, plus a zip to complete your purse.

My pattern is written so it is very easy to understand with lots of photographs. It is ideal for an intermediate or a beginner who has sewn a few items, and can use a sewing machine. You will need a zip foot on your sewing machine.

There are no postage costs - the pattern will be emailed as a pdf file within 3 days of payment being received, to the email address registered with Folksy unless you let me know otherwise. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this pdf file. (It is free to download from www.adobe.com)

I aim to write my patterns correctly, however, should you spot an error please let me know!

Please note this is just a sewing pattern and not the finished item.

This pattern is sold for personal use only and may not be sold or distributed without author’s permission.
