While I was drawing illustrations for the book 'The Waggiest Tails' by Brian Moses and Roger Stevens I drew lots dogs I know. This is my friend's dog Martha, happily dozing in her favourite spot. I thought the drawing worked well so I turned it into a lino print. I like how she looks thoughtful, wise and a little sad.

Full description
An original, handmade lino print of an old black dog, dozing in her favourite spot.
This is drawn from observation of a friend's dog called Martha. Printed in an edition of 30 and
signed and dated. The image itself is 24 x 15 cm. The paper is cut to A3 size for convenience when framing. It's printed in Cranfield Inks on Fabriano Rosapina paper so it will last forever!
