A unique heart shaped Bee pendant handcrafted with silver filled wire, seed beads and crystal beads and hangs from a faux suede necklace.
Inspired by nature.
A cute Bee pendant to wear on any occasion. A lovely gift for a birthday, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Perfect for anyone who loves bees and nature.
This wirework Bee pendant is made with 10% silver filled copper wire, crystal beads and seed beads in black and pale yellow . I have formed 1mm wire into a heart shaped bee and gently hammered to strengthen. Using .4mm wire I have wrapped and weaved the beads in and around the bee and used a heart shaped black bead for the bee’s head. The pendant is completed with a wire weave detail for the nail and hangs from a faux suede necklace with silver plated fastening.
This bee measures approximately 2.8cm by 3cm and the necklace is 46cm. All measurements are approximate.
Silver filled wire is 10% sterling silver filled copper wire (sterling silver bonded to a copper centre). It has a much thicker layer of sterling silver than silver plated wire and is more durable.
