I found some really nice pieces of Ash for sale and wanted to show off the grain patterns, I had not done a hollow form for a long time so decided to give one a go. It came out really nicely the curving shape shows off the grain and would have been lost as a open bowl.

Full description
Ash Hollow form 195 mm x 95mm, finished in mineral oil. A really nice curved hollow form in Ash with a narrow opening with a line detail. The Ash has a lovely grain pattern and the lower part shows some heart wood rippling in a darker olive ash colour. Polished to a smooth sheen.
