About this item
The balloon is made from cotton fabrics trimmed with painted vintage linen buttons. The 'ropes' are rusty wire. The basket is papier mache and decorated using a mix of paint and ink, fabric and buttons.The wheels and axles are wooden , the wheels being finished with vintage linen buttons. The pull string is finished with a big rusty bell and a hand printed wooden tag with the title.The two dogs are made from alpaca and are entirely hand stitched with bead eyes and embroidered noses and are just ready to go up,up and away ! Stands at about 40 cms.
