Full description
This, almost A6, notebook has been created using traditional bookbinding methods. I have left the paper spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature. Rather than just use linen tape I have incorporated assorted ribbons bound with my hand dyed linen thread. I have also bound, into the book, 5 handmade recycled paper envelopes, perfect for storing business cards and collected treasures.
Please note that the leather is recycled and therefore will have a few marks and flaws.
The book contains 110 pages: 10 signatures, or 60 folios (folded pages), of assorted recycled or scavenged papers.
The book can be secured with elastic, attached to the book cover with a vintage laundry button.
Measurements approx: height 14.5 cm (5 3/4 "), width 10.3 cm (4") and depth 2.5 cm ( 1")
