If I have overcharged postage and packaging I will refund the excess. My cards all weigh differently and it is difficult to estimate especially if more than one item. For multiple cards I may need to ask for additional payment of postage I use 1st class postage for large letters and 2nd class for small parcel post for uk orders. If you would prefer 2nd class to save on postage just let me know and I will refund the difference For postage abroad I use standard mail. For large orders I prefer to track them. Cards will be shipped in a padded envelope or a box depending on the size. .

Bought 1 itemThe card looks lovely and neat. The printing quality could be better as it loses colours. How ever it is a hand made card which I really aprisiate.the communication wit the seller was great. She has even emailed to ask me if I would like personalised number plate on the card with the car. I thought that was very nice. Good job. Love it
