Full description
I made this drawstring bag from sky blue cotton fabric which I have machine embroidered with a doodle cat track design and lined with a co-ordinating cat print cotton fabric. If desired the bag can be used with the print fabric facing out as shown in second photo. The circular base is approximately 15 cm in diameter and the bag stands 25 cm tall (approximately 6” by 10”). The drawstring is elastic cord decorated with wooden beads and fastened with a toggle to keep your items safely inside.
My bags are perfect for smaller projects such as socks but will comfortably hold slightly larger projects using up to around 300g of yarn. Although designed as knitting bags they can be used as make-up bags, gift bags or for pretty much anything you choose.
The main picture shows the bag containing 2 x 100g cakes of sock yarn alongside a 100g skein of yarn for scale purposes only. Please note that this listing is just for the bag.
