About this item
A statement necklace in sumptuous golds and browns. The main feature of this necklace is a Tiger's Eye cabochon that I have encased in Miyuki seed beads using the bead weaving technique peyote. The colours I have used are gold and silver lined chocolate that compliments the golden brown tones in the Tiger's eye. To complete the look, I have made a beaded kumihimo chain using the same colour seed beads, where I have threaded the beads on to 8 strands of S-Lon cord and then brought them together using the above technique. The necklace chain fastens with a gold plated teardrop shaped toggle clasp. The size of the completed pendant is approximately 2.5x2cm (63/64x25/32") and the length of the chain is approximately 45cm (18") including the clasp.
