Personalised Ballerina Birthday Card. (2 styles available)
This unique card features the words Happy Birthday, along with the recipients name and various ballet terms - all put together to form a pretty ballerina shape.
This card is blank inside for you to include your own message - should you wish us to add a message inside please do let us know.
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO LEAVE ME THE NAME AND YOUR CHOICE OF BALLERINA 1 OR 2 BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

Your card will be printed on a 6"x6" 250gsm pure white card with a white envelope and will be supplied in a protectice cello sleeve. All our cards are sent out in board backed envelopes for protection.
