Full description
Armadillo brooch or badge hand crafted in pewter. When I was very young I saw, on a David Attenborough programme, an armadillo which had got caught in a paper bag and was tumbling along the ground. It was the funniest thing I had ever seen. I have retained a soft spot for armadillos and I'm sure that other people love them too.
This large brooch or badge has been made by hand from modern lead-free pewter. Because the pewter has been mounted on an aluminium base, the badge is light in weight so you don't have to worry about it dragging on you clothes.
This would be a quirky and unique gift for an animal lover. Measuring 45mm across and with a 30mm pin with safety catch on the reverse, it will be delivered to you gift boxed by fist class post.
