About this item
This is one of my favourite pieces to make. I hand build these bowls with the black chunky clay that I love working with. The inside is glazed with a vibrant red glaze, giving a great contrast to the black, unglazed body of the bowl. I sprinkle glass frit into the glaze before the final firing, wihich can give quite dramatic results ! About 3 nches in diameter, this bowl is suitable for food use and can be put in the dishwasher, making it both functional, or purely decorative.
