We often see these beautiful butterflies in the woodland around the village. Gary noticed them feasting on the ripening Rowan berries and thought they would make a delicate study for a linocut. This print appeared in the Society of Wildlife Artists annual exhibition held at the Mall Galleries in London.

My British friend loved it! Postage from the USA is so expensive, so I try to find excellent UK artists to buy gifts from.
