You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
The perfect match? Looking for the perfect finishing to your outfit but not sure of the colour? I'm happy to send a small sample of any colour you've seen, or if you can't see the right colour just ask - there are over 70 colours available so I'm sure we'll find the one you need. I can make all of the felt cocktail hats in any colour, so be sure to browse my other items and get in touch for a custom order. Delivery: Your hat will be sent to you within 3 working days by RM special delivery in the UK or airsure (tracked) for overseas buyers. Delivery worldwide is usually 1-2 weeks but in some cases can be longer. Unfortunately at this time I cannot find a faster guaranteed service for less than £50. Returns/Exchanges: I hope you love your hat, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item I will accept exchanges or returns within 7 days (postage is non-refundable). Returned items must be in the original packing and be unworn.
